- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I just went in to renew my vehicle license plates, abandoning personalized plates (the price of which doubled), and picking up new regular plates. The automated, prioritizing ticketing-in process resulted in a very short wait to get to the counter, where a polite employee quickly took care of providing the new plates. The whole process was quick and pleasant. Kudos to the Assessor-Collectors office for providing an efficient process for Bexar County citizens!By John K., January 02, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Honestly the best thing here is the ticket system it works well. Outside of that tomorrow will be the third time I am out here in within three consecutive days. All I am trying to do is register my vehicle that was originally in another county. Each time I have presented the information that was required by the last customer service representative I am asked to present new information. The first person I spoke to his name was Joe second person today was Anna. Let's see what tomorrow brings.
