  Worst experience I've had!! First, a trainee (devony)who had a trainor side by side with her, told me I would pay 200 deposit and 197/ mo for full coverage on 2 vehicles, After they take my credit card I'm told by an assistant manager (Leona)that I would actually have to pay almost 300 deposit and almost 300 / month because the trainee made a mistake by only adding full coverage to one vehicle and adding liability to the other because she didn't know she had to update both vehicles in their system. I say- Ok , since it's not my fault can you honor the quote I ask? No!! Ok, can I speak to a manager? " he's just going to tell you the same thing" ok , I still wanted to speak to a manger. 20 minutes later I get Amir ( first person to apologize) all of a sudden he tells me the hike is mostly due to one speeding ticket from 2 1/2 years ago!!!! Please!!! I don't think so. No help after that. Still waiting for my deposit to be reimbursed!!!! After calling a few other places, I got insurance with my old speeding ticket for 200 deposit and 176/ month thank god!!! Trainee was clueless and assistant manager was rude! Never ever again!!!

  I had a pretty good experience here. Nice people. Pretty good service. No bad advice given. I think they are good people.
