  2 Police N. SUB officers lie on police report and falsely accuse man due to profiling ReportsToday August 24, 2016 at around 3pm or later I witnessed 2 police officers in a SUV police marked vehicle (Hernandez badge 499 and officer Schneider badge 1571) follow a man into 1502 Jackson Keller rd apartments. I witnessed the man wave at a couple whom were picking up their child from the school. As he continued to walk the two officers followed him inn. They pulled him over and from what I heard told him he was gesturing what looks like a gun hand figure. They got out their vehicle and started to Harass the man. I eye witness the man spit on the sidewalk away from the police officers and heard the police officer Hernandez state the man spit on him. The female cop then accused the man that she too was spit on when in fact the man must have spit 3-4 feet away from both officers. 2 other police arrived and the man's wife came out to defend his rights but the police who needed to make their quota refused to listen. The man who did nothing wrong but was walking home innocently minding his own bisiness was labled and targeted by the cops. These cops found no kind of evidence on him amd he is now being being charge with retaliation and assault. There is video showing this man did nothing wrong. These officers clearly are lying and using his back ground against him which is unjust and corrupt. We need good cops not cops like these two who take advantage of their role. I will take this further and regardless how ANYONE looks police officers are taught and told NOT TO show BIAS towards anyone. These officers provided Bias and judgmental behavior and actions must be taken for falsely accusing this man and for lying on a police report. I back the blue and have many friends and coworkers who are SAPD but I refuse to see this form of behavior especially towards innocent people just because they look different. Let me add that when they 1st stopped him the officer asked for his id and the man refused asking If he was under arrest. The police officer said no so the man walked away. The women police officer grabbed him by his arm and he asked im I getting arrested and she stated now you are. Now where is the Integrity in this. Where are the core values?

  These officers are very professional and many are genuinely good people. None of them are like the idiots at blm claim they are. The only racism in the USA comes from blacks who don't like getting caught. Let the police know you appreciate them. Black terrorists are targeting them and we must join with the police to stop this violence
