- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called to file claim due to new car had rodent wiring damage. Told my girl at this office NO COVERAGE....she then transferred me to EXPRESS AUTO 800 agent who went on to say no one in Texas covers that kind of damage. I had my car on tow truck ready to transport so had no other alternative but to ask driver to leave car. I paid $30 to unhook. Called Toyota and spoke to a repair agent wanting to know $$$ cost. He then told me yes it is covered! Called Allstate and got a knowledgeable agent who filed a claim. Toyota then send tow truck to pick up my car. I then looked at Allstate website and sure enough comprenhensive coverage does cover rodent damage. Needless to say after almost having a panic attack my car in on way to shop.
