- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Simply horrible. From homeowners policy to vehicle and company policy, everything is a problem. Was told I have aluminum siding bc they looked at my house from google maps...I'm not joking! Rates go up EVERY chance they can legally do so. Bought a new vehicle, It's been 4 months and I still have temp tags bc the agency hasn't done anything with my policy!!!! These are just 3 problems from a list of. Allstate isn't bad but this agency is one of the worst run places I have ever dealt with.By Keith Scheible, August 19, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Not too happy overall. Between not being able to get homeowners insurance on the account, to major mess ups with a recent auto accident, I won't be going with Allstate in the future.
