  We went in to have a permission form notarized, and the lady was very rude. Because the form was printed from a web document, it had "Page 3 of 3" at the bottom, even though the last page was all that was necessary. She made us leave for the other two pages, which were unrelated. We returned with the the other two pages, and *then* she said that the form was already filled out and had to be filled out in her presence. We had to leave to go get a fresh copy, then come back a third time. This time, a different lady helped, who was nicer, but she complained that the form was not filled in, and wanted to know why not. We told her that the other lady said it should not be, and she said that was not true. Finally, because the form had to be signed by our 14 year old daughter, they required her to have a valid, official photo identification before approving the signature, which was completely impossible. That, with her legal guardian right there to vouch for her. Will never, ever go back to this place.
