  The tellers cannot add up simple amounts. And returned my deposit receipt with $50 less. Worst Chase branch I have ever come across with.

  I visited the ATM outside of this location to deposit cash and had thought I left my card in the ATM. I returned when I realized I might have lost it and went inside to inquire. I stood in the lobby for nearly 10 minutes before I was helped. When I looked around, I was appalled to see that of four of the bankers working only two were actually working with customers while the other two were just on their phones. I approached Brian to ask for help, but was greeted very rudely. I told him that I had lost my card and without even asking me, he closed my account. I told him that I have bills attached to that card, he ignored me, and told me that we could order a new card but that would take up to a week. I informed him that I did not have a week to wait for a new card because I am moving soon. He threw up his hands and told me this was the best he could do. I left, fuming, and decided to take my business to another branch location here in town. I spoke with the branch manager at the new location and he told me that he would fix the issues Brian caused. I left feeling hopeful, but yet here I am, still without a card, because this manager sent my new card over 5 states away. He told me that I would have it before Wednesday this past week and yet I still have no card after I PAID to have it expedited. When I called the branch location today to ask if there was anything they could do for me, they told me that they would have to send me a whole new card. I am due to travel and leave tomorrow evening and I still do not have access to my funds or account. I absolutely hate that I have to bank with Chase- due to my travels, they are the only bank that is located everywhere that I travel to. I am upset and nearly a week later, still without a card.
