- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just want to say that when a fellow employee comes in to open a account, please have your employees verify their guidelines. I came in with a promotion that was sent to me to open a account and the employee informed me due to guidelines I won't get the promotional bonus. Of course this is false and I informed her of this but she stated that we as chase employees don't qualify for such bonuses. I did open a account at a different location with no issues even though I'm a employee I was well qualified for the bonus. Please inform all employees to not just assume guidelines. I came in during the week and it was empty it may be due to having so many people turned away due to false information.By Alejandro Dierzen, November 02, 2016
