  This is one of San Antonio's worst banks ever. We accidentally over drafted our account approximately 1 month ago by $192.64 and we we charged $406.12 in separate fees!!! My wife and I called the bank to resolve the issue, but we were turned down many times. Our last attempt was to speak directly to the main branch, and someone told us the truth finally. The truth is... banks don't make money by JUST holding your money, so "methods" are developed to make sure that they do. An overdraft fee is one of those many methods. And they can be resolved by simply asking to have them waived. But one of the branches told me that they are trained to say that they cannot waive a fee unless it is THEIR fault, which it wasn't. So we were stuck paying a total of $600+ dollars cash today. The point is...this bank is very money hungry. We paid everything off and left that bank! We joined up with Firstmark Credit Union, and we deposited all of our remaining funds we had saved. Firstmark Credit Union doesn't claim to be "family" when you leave, just like 1st Convenience did to us, they will make you poor by making you pay back what you NEVER used, and kick you on the way out! I ecourage everyone who banks with these thiefs to get out while you can, please!!

  I went to the one on SE military, there are two guys only, the chubby one was very rude.
