- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have never met this agent although I did choose him when I first moved to San Antonio. I had a change in my address and needs for my homeowners insurance. His office was contacted and nobody got back to me as promised. Additionally, when I spoke directly to him he sent me an email with my address from 3 years ago on the policy to be e signed. I notified him of the error and he NEVER got back to me. I need an agent to be responsible and accurate. He was non responsive and so I moved on to another agency.
