  If you ever want to feel like just another number, bank with RBFCU. Tatania in the customer service center is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. EVER... Very condescending and no people skills. She was definitely another banks employee of the month yesterday. I took out thousands of dollars and put it elswhere. Just so I wouldn't have to hear her voice anylonger. And don't expect to hear a response to this. No one at the branch cared when I went to talk to them. Ohh well. When I keep my money somewhere I expect a little respect and you should to.

  They were friendly and its been such a long time since Ive received this kind of great service! Thank you so much to everyone at this location! Made my day! Only thing I don't like is that to be able to use the eDeposit feature on the RBFCU app that you have to wait 60 days which is very inconvenient and you cannot make any deposits in general at their ATMs either at all so which is why I lowered my rating from 5 to 2 stars. Also when I first opened my account with RBFCU they do not give you a temp debit card so if you plan on getting any funds out you have to keep going to the branch to withdraw money directly through lobby or drive through this was also an inconvenience. Plus side to having a bank account with RBFCU is that everything is free. Youre not able to deposit cash at their ATMs and they wont activate courtesy pay unless you have 6 months of no overdraft history and it doesnt matter if youre set up for direct deposit. You also do not get your direct deposit early you practically have to wait until around 1am the day of your actual payday.

  I have been an RBFCU member for around five years now. I have not had a bad experience yet. Every associate at this branch I've spoken or had a face to face interaction with has been nice and helpful. Ive switched my sister and finance to RBFCU and my son will be getting his first savings account with them.

  I've been banking at RBFCU since I was a child and I'm still a member to this day. I'm very happy with this financial institution, they been fair and accurate over the years. Have taken out auto loans, real estate loans, and credit cards and for the most part their rates are some of the lowest, their fees are fair, and their services is great. As far as local credit unions go RBFCU is one of the best in my book.
