  I trusted the good people of Rialto Jewelry to design an engagement ring for me, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. They nailed the custom design, and my wife was floored when she saw it. She has received so many compliments on it from total strangers! Everyone at this establishment is so professional, and I knew I was in good hands from the moment I walked in. I can't thank them enough for their impeccable work and professionalism. Because we were so satisfied with the engagement ring, we purchased both of our wedding rings there, as well. Highly recommend!!

  "Customer Service, Customer Service, Customer Service"- that was the lasting impression I left with after dealing with Luis and the good people at Rialto Jewelry. I was in a super time crunch. I wanted to surprise my wife at my daughter's birthday party with an engagement ring would feature a gorgeous 3 carat colorless, round, hearts and arrows rock! They recommended a very elegant and minimal solitaire tiffany style setting with 6 prongs. They completed the job much faster than promised. And they did so with a smile. They made me feel that you are super important and were very patience with my lack of experience in purchasing a ring and setting. Thanks to these guys, I was able to surprise my wife in front of our family and friends with a ring she deserved and a moment she deserved. They made OUR dream a reality. I'm so thankful they went above and beyond for me. For a great customer service experience, I would highly Rialto Jewelry!
