  After waiting for about 20 minutes in the lobby a lady finally came out to sit in the front desk. She didn't even bother to acknowledge the several customers that had been waiting there. So I finally got up and asked her how much longer before I could see someone regarding my account. Her reply was it could take up to 30 additional minutes because all of the representative were busy helping other customers in there cubicle. Which I found odd cause I could see 3 people in there cubicle by themselves with no customer and no sign of them been busy at all. Not even on phone calls. A representative finally came out of her cubicle and called my name to assist me. All along I kept thinking huh, she did not look busy to me at all. FEELING FRUSTRATED!

  I had direct deposit from social security and they never informed me of someone using my debt card to make unwanted charges they allowed a fake wells fargo account to take over my checking account at security. The worse is they were never there to take care of me the customer. This branch has to date caused me so many problems because they allowed the fake wells Fargo information like address to be changed. Costing me direct deposit still 3 years later my identity is still being used and now I find out when I went in met with there risk team who ever was the police in the phone never took a identity theft report they covered it all up. This has been life changing after closing the account 2 years later checks popped up from June 2015 when I was cleared of all of it a warrant was issued in my name I talked to the D A who let me get my information together but before I sent it I was arrested at my home for 7 checks written off the fake wells Fargo account 2 years old these checks were. Today I find wells Fargo lied security service lied and I am 61 years old never a ticket was handcuffed and arrested because detective Devora never INVESTAGED the forgery the fraud or the identity theft

  Not enough tellers to handle high volume of customers in the lobby much less in the drive thru. There were only 2 tellers when my boyfriend walked and then it went down to 1. There should be other employees that are able to come and assist when the lobby gets full. It's just like in a retail store.
