- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I went in and they were under construction. There was a line to the door and lots of people waiting to be seen by someone. I expected a long wait. Pleasantly the wait was not more than 5 minutes and the teller, Tina, was very helpful and courteous & friendly. I lost my daughter's account number. She was able to assist us with getting the account number, cashing her check and also opening a checking account so my daughter could set up direct deposit. She also generated the debit card for the new account. It all took.less than 20 minutes and she made conversation with us while we she worked. I don't like going to the bank, but this was a pleasant experience.By Irene Chavez, April 21, 2017
