- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I hated having to get a payday loan due to the obscene fees and everything associated with it and frankly think it's robbery. However the level of service I received more than made up for it, when I walked in and blabbered on to the rep about my situation, from that moment on, I felt a lot of empathy and just overall positive treatment. It was a rough day, and my entire transaction with Linda (I believe) and the rest of the staff made my day just a bit better. I was treated like a human being, and even other customers were met with smiles and genuine pleasantries that are sadly uncommon.
