- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was looking for an attorney to look over a bum settlement agreement I was led into by another horrible lawyer I had (Danny Kustoff) who did not protect my interests against a construction giant. After being told he'd be glad to look over my documents (I even offered to pay) and lend his advice, I was made to wait 8 days without response before Mr. Foster emailed to say his firm could not take my case (not what I asked for anyway, and I had to call and email just to get him to respond at all), but recommended I contact Kustoff & Phipps for assistance. Really??? Mr. Foster either did not look over my documents like he said he would that had the other attorney's name all over them, or he is a really horrible person who wanted to figuratively kick dirt in my face because Kustoff and he are buddies.
