- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Very stingy with tape!! I've shipped many packages from this location and never had this issue before. I went there today at 7pm and I ASKED to use the tape and the customer service guy said sir you can't be using our tape to tape up your package. WHAT?? I said that I'm fixing to spend 40.00 dollars shipping this package and I can't use the tape to seal up my package and it was a small package. I will never ship from this location or UPS again because of this experience. I will now on ship FEDEX they never complain about anything. FedEx care more about you being happy and keeping your business than this UPS store! So tape up your package before you get there because they don't let you use it as a customer courtesy.By augustus barber, July 02, 2017

It is a busy store and at times moves very slowly, but I can see the staff trying to work as fast as they can while making sure the one they are serving is being taken care of.
