  Went in here today to return a book. I didn't have a box so the lady suggested a bubble envelope. I asked her how much they are and she told me a couple of dollars. A couple dollars is reasonable, so I sealed the envelope. Total at the end for this small envelope, $6.05. Like, whaaaaa?? She said, "whoops". Seriously? unacceptable! a couple dollars? Hmmm

  I strongly suggest using any other shipping outlet but this UPS store. This location is EXTREMELY stingy with their materials and services. I just had to pay $2 in order to get the attendant to reinforce my box WITH TAPE after being unwilling to pay $11.79 to put my free shipping box in a larger UPS box. I also witnessed the attendant shake down a man of visibly little means for $5.17 for printing and reprinting a piece of paper, when it was not up to quality standards, and for cutting off the edges. Absolute crookery.

  To all Patrons and the Owner of this Franchise: Alyssa Aguilar the Manager at your store is highly unprofessional, as well as her workers that she has trained in her store. Our company contacted your store and spoke with Jesse Rodriquez a customer service sales associate. We requested permission to send our advertisements to your store for a Hold For Pick up of advertisements that was to be distributed in the San Antonio area. We were approved by Jesse, and quoted the price for the services. We then sent the advertisements there and dispatched a crew from Dallas, TX to go down and deliver them, and accumulated a cost of $1827.00 in expenses. We have used UPS Stores across the nation and have loved and prized the services that profession franchisee's offer our company, and have built lasting lucrative relationships with them. Ms. Alyssa Aguilar was highly unprofessional and stated that we could not receive them, no matter what one of her workers had stated. Highly unprofessional company that does not care for their customers satisfaction, and highly rude people. Jesse Rodriquez was a good customer service rep, but Alyssa Aguilar needs to be demoted from the position she has. She holds no sights towards the customers that keep her in the job she currently has. We will also be placing a Complaint against this store with the BBB, and Rip Off Report, as well as a Bad review with DNB. Do not utilize the services of this company !!! I am also thinking of picketing a group of people outside the Business themselves to make sure no one utilizes the services of these individuals. We are a marketing and advertisement company, and are very well versed in Media Blasting. To the Owner, you should thank your manager for her lack of professionalism, and truly think of an individual that has your company as well as your customers best interests in mind.
