- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bad customer service.. literally went it talked to a worker the left me there for about 10-15 minutes while they helped other customers who were coming in after I had already been there.. got frustrated as they ignored me so as I was walking out I say have a great day and the guy finally shows attention twords me not even asking if I was helped or anything.. horrible service I will never use this ups store againBy Harley Martinez, September 02, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've gone to this store for years and it was fine until the last two times this year. The store must have changed hands because there are different people working there now, a girl and a guy, who don't seem to know what they are doing. The time before last, they let someone cut right in front of me and promptly waited on him despite my protest. Last time, they had several people waiting and weren't handling anyone. The girl was running acetate sheets through a machine in slow motion. The guy was staring at a computer screen, doing nothing. I waited five or ten minutes and then asked him what he was doing; he said he was changing numbers. I left without sending my package and won't go back.By Nately18, April 21, 2017
