- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went in to cash savings bonds and was treated like I was trying to steal their money! I brought in my savings bonds my grandparents gave me for my birthday ten to fifteen years ago. I got married and changed my name since so I brought in my old and new Social Security cards to prove I'm the same person. I was passed to a different teller, then asked to wait for a manager who was 'almost done with her lunch. The manager returned 20 minutes later, made a phone call and informed me that she couldn't help me because I didn't have an account there anymore. My USAA teller informed me that any bank could have helped me. Don't go to Wells Fargo if you can help it, they see you as a number, not a person.By Darcy Boggs, April 08, 2017
