- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Impression from one singular event with one Houston-based attorney assigned to toll tag violations and collections was very poor. While the interaction was 100% electronic communication, a thread of almost 15 conversations revealed an employee that possesses poor judgment, poor and lamentably harsh communication skills which did not engender any goodwill for negotiating, and a patronizing tone. This is a firm that has no knowledge of or desire to follow the 5-step toll violation process which is communicated on page 3 of every monthly TXTAG invoice. To do, I suppose, would cut into their $200 "administrative fee" which is what sustains this deplorable behavior.By Ruben Zamora, July 27, 2017
